Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a General Manager to lead student living properties. You will drive staff development, oversee property administration and facilities, and manage annual turnover processes while focusing on a customer‑centric experience and financial performance.

As a key leader, you will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR and operations to attract talent, schedule staffing, and ensure high morale across a fast‑paced, collegiate environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience managing living communities and a team of 3+.
• Proficiency with Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Staff Development and Leadership: hire, train and mentor team members, ensure effective operation.
• Property Administration: manage market, policies, procedures and emergencies with partner departments.
• Facilities & Capital: ensure safe, clean, and compliant facilities; oversee capital projects and vendor bids.
• Annual Turnover Process: plan and execute turnover with milestones, budgets and deadlines.
• Customer Experience & Sales: uphold Scion’s customer experience philosophy and achieve revenue targets.
