Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager across operations and corporate partnerships at a designated property. You will supervise business functions and work closely with the Customer & Sales Experience Manager on initiatives to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Ideal candidates bring a customer-centric mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to act as General Manager in their absence.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written and verbal communicator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• 1+ years of experience in living communities/property management.
• Proficient in Property Management Systems (Entrata preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist with attracting candidates on and off campus and improve retention.
• Coach and develop the team with the GM.
• Coordinate property onsite scheduling including after hours on-call shifts.
• Elevate employee experience through data, conversations and team building.
• Prepare and respond to community issues, policies and emergencies.
• Manage resident accounts, billing and audits.
• Support turnover planning and execution with vendors and staff.
• Post and collect charges from inspections and ensure timely move-in readiness.
• Monitor KPIs to guide sales, leasing velocity and concessions.
