The Scion Group LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help supervise operations across property functions and drive a customer-centered experience. You will support the General Manager, manage staffing, schedules, and resident services in a fast-paced, collegiate environment.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ years in living communities or property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata or similar systems. Ability to cover in GM's absence is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in living communities or property management.
• Proficiency with property management systems (Entrata preferred).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with attracting candidates and staffing to improve retention.
• Support General Manager in training and leadership development.
• Oversee scheduling, on-call shifts, and property operations.
• Lead customer experience initiatives and market activities.
