The Scion Group, located in Baton Rouge, LA, seeks a General Manager to lead property operations, financial performance and resident experience. The role blends business leadership with staffing, vendor management and agile decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

The GM will collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Legal and facilities teams to hire and develop a high-performing staff, ensure compliance, and drive capital projects while maintaining Scion standards.
