The Scion Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing operations and to work closely with the Customer & Sales Experience Manager on initiatives. The role requires a customer-centric mindset, adaptability, and strong prioritization in a fast-paced student housing environment.

• Coach and develop team members; support training and leadership.
• Coordinate with CXM to manage onsite schedule and after-hours on-call shifts.
• Partner with GM to boost employee morale through data and team-building.
