You will lead a diverse team, collaborate across departments, schedule staffing, manage vendor relations and ensure safety, compliance and high-quality facilities. The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and a passion for service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced property or student housing environment.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial performance management skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop staff and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff development and scheduling to ensure effective operations and after-hours coverage.
• Manage property administration, vendor relations, risk, policies and emergencies.
• Oversee facilities, capital projects, inspections and maintenance programs.
• Plan and execute turnover processes and coordinate with Talent Acquisition for staffing.
• Partner with departments to manage budgets, expenditures, payroll and revenue targets.
• Drive customer experience initiatives and achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
