Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee overall property operations, ensuring efficient workflows, lease administration, and strong resident relations. You will manage vendor contracts, maintenance, and monthly reporting while delivering an exceptional customer service experience.

The role requires 2–3 years of property management experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing.
• Ensure client expectations are met by delivering excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire team members.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and development opportunities.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Adhere to guidelines in the property management agreement and maintain compliance.
