Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease management, and resident relations at our Riverly property. You will lead a team, ensure exceptional service, and drive occupancy through effective marketing and maintenance coordination.

Ideal candidates bring property management experience, leadership capabilities, and strong organizational skills to deliver outstanding resident experiences and maintain property performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years property management experience required.
• 1–2 years direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Manage lease administration, rent collection, and delinquency management.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure operations comply with property management guidelines.
