Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager in the United States. You will oversee daily property operations, lease administration, rent collection, and marketing to attract residents, while ensuring client satisfaction.

You will lead and coach a team, manage contracts, and maintain safety and reporting standards. The role requires 2–3 years in property management, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and ideally a real estate license.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience.
• One to two years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, lease administration and rent collection.
• Oversee supplier contracts, maintenance and monthly reporting.
• Create a positive experience for residents, associates and clients.
• Lead recruitment, coaching and development of the team.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Ensure compliance with property management guidelines and rules.
