• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred; Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction and rent collection.
• Manage lease administration, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office.
• Maintain safety records and risk management initiatives.
