Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the overall operations of the property, ensuring efficiency, handling leases, maintenance, reporting, and resident relations.

You will drive resident satisfaction, manage full lifecycle activities, and lead a team to align with company standards and client expectations. The role emphasizes coaching and strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in some locations.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• 1–2 years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Salesforce.com knowledge preferred.
• Yardi Voyager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day property operations including resident satisfaction, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, give feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates to share a vision and develop talent.
• Execute the strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Follow operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with residents and the corporate office.
