Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking aRegional Manager to oversee operations for multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, strong financials, and effective leadership. You will manage leases, vendor contracts, and monthly reporting in collaboration with the property leadership team.

The role requires extensive property management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to travel as needed. High standards for service and compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; five to ten years of property management experience required.
• Three to five years of direct management experience required.
• Experience with lease administration, rental collection, and delinquency management encouraged.
• Understanding of P&L, budgeting, and general ledger processes.
• Real estate license may be required by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of multiple properties, ensuring resident satisfaction and retention.
• Manage property P&L, budgets, and reporting to owners and leadership.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage associates; drive performance and development.
• Create marketing plans to attract and retain residents with the marketing team.
• Ensure compliance with Property Management Agreement and company guidelines.
• Respond to resident complaints and coordinate maintenance and CAM administration.
