Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities in the Murfreesboro area. You will build strong teams, manage budgets, marketing, and safety programs while ensuring asset performance and resident satisfaction.

You will supervise on-site staff, coordinate HR activities, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies, while driving service excellence and financial accountability.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent, or 2–3 years related experience.
• Experience supervising on-site staff in multi-family housing.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of communities within geographic area.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site personnel; provide leadership and coaching.
• Coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor performance.
• Manage marketing, resident relations, and customer service initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and Fair Housing requirements.
• Lead HR activities, performance reviews, and staff development.
