Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent; 2–3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each building weekly and maintain daily inspection records.
• Ensure safety practices and lead Safety Meetings.
• Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; coach employees.
• Oversee marketing, resident relations, and customer service.Assist with budgeting, reporting, and compliance with policies.

Education
