Job summary

Freeman Webb Company, Realtors is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multiple communities. You will build and lead teams, manage budgets, ensure safety and Fair Housing compliance, and drive property performance.

Strong leadership and customer-service focus are essential. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring rapid resolution of resident concerns, with emphasis on professional development and adherence to company

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IREM certification highly desirable.
• Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a community or group of communities in the same geographic area.
• Hire, train, and direct on-site personnel; provide leadership and supervision.
• Coordinate budgeting, financial reporting, marketing, and operations.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and safety programs are understood and followed.
• Inspect properties, monitor maintenance, and ensure proper repairs.
• Supervise resident relations and ensure high levels of customer service.
