Job summary

Freeman Webb Company Realtors, LLC is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities within a geographic area. You will build and lead teams, manage budgeting and safety, and drive property performance as a real estate asset.

The role requires strong leadership, HR oversight, marketing, resident relations, and accounting proficiency to maintain high service standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IREM certification highly desirable.
• Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety.

Responsibilities

• Operations: Inspect buildings weekly, maintain records, ensure safety and compliance.
• Human Resources: Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; coach employees; oversee performance and training.
• Marketing: Oversee marketing/sales/customer service and ensure market-ready vacant units.
• Resident Relations: Maintain active resident relations programs and pursue retention; ensure customer service excellence.
• Accounting Procedures: Ensure purchases are in policy, manage invoicing and deposits, and maintain accounting practices.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: May supervise several subordinate supervisors and staff according to policies.
