Job summary

Freeman Webb Company, Realtors is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee daily operations of multi-family communities in the Murfreesboro, TN area. You will lead onsite staff, ensure safety, finance, marketing and HR processes align with company policy, and drive property performance.

You will coordinate with regional leadership on violations, vacancies, and maintenance targets while maintaining strict compliance with Fair Housing and corporate procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IREM certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings weekly and maintain daily records of inspections.
• Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on housing violations and resident arrangements.
• Ensure Fair Housing notices are posted and policies followed by staff.
