Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• IREM certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• May manage several subordinate supervisors who supervise the community’s employees.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; coach, reward, and discipline employees.
• Ensure compliance with Freeman Webb Company policies and applicable laws.

Education
