Job summary

Freeman Webb Company Realtors in Tennessee seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of multiple communities, build strong onsite teams, and drive the performance of properties as real estate assets.

You will lead budgeting, safety programs, financial reporting, marketing, HR tasks, and coordinate with senior management to ensure compliance with Fair Housing, lease administration, and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 2–3 years related experience.
• IREM certification highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings weekly and maintain daily inspection records.
• Ensure safety practices and run the Community Safety Program.
• Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on housing violations and resident issues.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and lease administration.
• Supervise staff and provide leadership to achieve community goals.
• Oversee marketing, leasing, and resident relations activities.
• Assist with vendor management, repairs, and compliance with policies.
