Job summary

Freeman Webb Company is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of one or more communities. The role includes budgeting, safety, financial reporting, marketing, HR, and ensuring overall performance as real estate assets.

Responsibilities span property inspections, staff supervision, leasing, compliance with Fair Housing, coordinating with regional leadership, and driving occupancy and performance across communities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IREM certification highly desirable.
• Familiar with federal, state, and jurisdictional laws and regulations concerning multi-family housing, Fair Housing, and employee safety.

Responsibilities

• Inspect a building weekly and document findings.
• Oversee budgeting and financial reporting for communities.
• Supervise on-site staff and contractors to meet goals.
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and safety across properties.
• Manage resident relations and leasing activity to maintain occupancy.
• Coordinate marketing and occupancy strategies and analyze market data.
