Responsibilities

• Inspect and oversee daily operations of communities and staff.
• Lead safety programs and monthly safety meetings.
• Coordinate with Regional Property Manager on housing violations.
• Ensure lease and renewal agreements are complete and compliant.
• Direct marketing, leasing, and resident relations efforts.
• Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor management.
