Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community in Mountain View, CA. You will lead a team, manage budgets, leasing, and maintenance, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include budgeting input, rent optimization, vendor management, inspections, staff supervision, and owner communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience, including sales, marketing, and customer service responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and marketing information.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and preparing financial reports.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure insurance certificates are valid.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and adjust marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and ensuring maintenance standards.
