Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-family community, drive budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will lead a team, manage rent and fee collection, approve invoices, monitor vendor performance, and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy targets while maintaining resident satisfaction and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience including sales, marketing and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a team member.

Responsibilities

• Develop budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and market information.
• Set rent rates to meet targeted revenues and ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
• Approve invoices and manage relationships between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures to stay within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices per lease terms.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints promptly and overseeing maintenance teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety and appearance standards.
• Supervise staff: hiring, training, and performance management.
• Support client/owner relationships with property performance updates.
