Greystar Worldwide, LLC in San Jose seeks a property operations leader to oversee the day-to-day management of a 286-unit community. You will lead the onsite team, drive financial and occupancy goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Provides input into the development of budgets for the property by analyzing financial statements and operating reports.
• Meets revenues by setting rent rates, collecting payments, and reviewing monthly financial status reports.
• Approves invoices from vendors and ensures proper documentation and approvals.
• Controls expenditures by staying within the budget and managing cash.
• Oversees lease enforcement, tenant screenings, renewals, inspections, notices, and late fee collections.
• Gathers market trends to inform short- and long-range marketing and leasing strategies.
• Promotes resident satisfaction by responding to issues and ensuring maintenance standards.
• Conducts property inspections and ensures safety, cleanliness, and appearance of grounds and amenities.
• Supervises staff hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
