Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a seasoned Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community, lead the onsite team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and housing laws.

You will drive leasing, implement marketing strategies, supervise maintenance, and maintain resident satisfaction while meeting occupancy and revenue goals. This full-time role offers robust benefits and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates the application of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background sufficient to manage the day-to-day operation of an apartment community, resolve customer complaints and issues, complete financial records, documents, and reports, increase sales revenues, and coordinate the work of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

• Develop budgets by analyzing financial statements and forecasts.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, and review monthly financials.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with vendors and owners.
• Control expenditures within budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing strategies to reach occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and supervise maintenance staff.
• Conduct property inspections to meet safety and appearance standards.
• Oversee staff hiring, training, and performance.
• Maintain client/owner relationships and provide performance updates.
• Complete accounting and administrative reports.
