Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Input budget development by analyzing financial statements and operational reports.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and ensuring timely collections and deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget and manage petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewal processes, inspections, notices, evictions, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies to meet occupancy/revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Ensure property and grounds meet safety and appearance standards; conduct regular inspections.
• Supervise staff: hiring, orientation, training, and performance management.
• Assist in client/owner relationship management and provide performance updates to owners.
• Complete various accounting, financial, administrative reports and other duties.
