Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned multi-family properties. You will manage teams, budgets, and resources to meet financial and occupancy goals while ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
Set rent rates, collect rent, post fees, and review monthly financial reports.
Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor communications and payments.
Oversee leasing approvals, inspections, and renewal processes to optimize occupancy and revenue.
Monitor maintenance and safety standards and supervise property staff.
