Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances, and risk, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes personnel management, financial oversight, and customer service, with on-site leadership and a strong focus on community success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years’ housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personnel management and on-site staff supervision.
• Develop yearly marketing plans and leasing strategies.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
• Lead emergency response and safety procedures for the property.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
