Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the full operation of a housing community under a Regional Manager. As on-site leader, you will supervise staffing, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management to ensure smooth, compliant operations.

You will develop yearly operating budgets, monitor rent collections and deposits, manage vendor invoices, and lead marketing and resident retention programs while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting.
• Develop annual operating budgets and monitor rent collections.
• Lead resident relations, safety compliance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Laws and company policies.
