Job summary

Greystar in San Diego, CA is seeking a Community Manager for Ironwood to oversee daily operations of a stabilized 160-unit property. You will lead a team, manage rent processes, budgets, leasing activities, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and other regulations.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication, and the ability to train and motivate staff. Onsite housing discount offered, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management and related experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and budgeted financial goals.
• Lead and train property staff and oversee leasing and enforcement processes.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing and leasing strategies.
• Respond to resident questions and complaints to promote satisfaction.
• Ensure maintenance standards and safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
• Maintain owner relationships and provide performance updates as needed.
