Job summary

Greystar in San Jose is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a 636-unit high-rise community, lead on-site staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring adherence to company policies.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of property management experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate, and excellent communication skills. Housing discount is available, along with incentive-based bonuses.
