Greystar Worldwide, LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Property Manager to run day-to-day operations of a 160-unit stabilized community. You will lead a team, manage budgets, enforce leases, and drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as a leader, and as a collaborative member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rents and collecting fees.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor communications.
• Monitor expenditures to stay within budget.
• Oversee lease process, applications, renewals and inspections.
• Analyze market trends and develop marketing/leasing strategies.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and maintenance standards.
• Supervise staff and manage performance.
