Job summary

Greystar in San Diego is hiring a Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a stabilized 325-unit community. You will manage a team, handle budgeting, leasing, and vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

The role requires 4+ years in community management and 3+ years with Yardi, with a comprehensive benefits package and housing discount. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm, with potential variations by business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant experience that demonstrates property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property and ensure all on-site staff with access to drive have a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day property operations and manage team members to meet budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Analyze financial statements, review marketing information, and prepare monthly status reports.
• Manage vendor/contractor payments and ensure certificates of insurance are valid; reconcile charges.
• Enforce lease processes, conduct inspections, and address resident issues to maintain occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure maintenance staff comply with company standards and conduct regular property inspections.
