Reserv is seeking a Claims Manager to lead Team Leads and Claim Adjusters across General Liability and NYLL claims, driving performance and compliance. You will leverage technology and analytics to improve efficiency, manage complex losses, and ensure client SLAs are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in insurance, business, or related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years of General Liability claim experience with NYLL exposure and outcomes.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, including senior roles, in remote settings.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams of Team Leads and Claim Adjusters handling General Liability and NYLL claims.
• Oversee large, complex losses and ensure compliance with client SLAs and regulatory standards.
• Drive efficiencies via technology and analytics; monitor data for trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Compliance, and Claims Operations on escalations.
• Prepare and present comprehensive claims reports and loss-mitigation guidance to clients.
