DCC Propane, LLC is seeking a Field Manager to oversee daily propane distribution operations at the Livermore location in Kentucky. You will supervise drivers, technicians, and staff, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate logistics and inventory management.

The role requires strong leadership, workforce scheduling, and customer service skills, with responsibilities including budgeting oversight and cross-functional coordination with dispatch and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business management preferred.
• 3+ years of propane distribution or related field experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); strong computer literacy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the propane distribution facility.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher to manage delivery schedules and routes.
• Monitor and manage inventory; place orders as needed.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained and safe to operate.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate staff including drivers and technicians.
• Manage work schedules and ensure adequate shift coverage.
• Handle customer inquiries and service requests professionally.
• Assist with facility budget development and cost controls.
• Oversee logistics for propane distribution and record-keeping.
