Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to support location employees with daily operations, focusing on safety compliance, customer service, and logistics coordination. The role involves supervising field staff, managing schedules, and coordinating delivery routes to ensure timely propane distribution.

Responsibilities include inventory control, equipment maintenance using Fleetio, and safety training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years in propane distribution or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• CDL Class B required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the propane distribution facility.
• In conjunction with Dispatcher, oversee delivery schedules and manage routing for timely deliveries.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; place orders as needed.
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are maintained using Fleetio and kept operational.
• Cross-train in service and delivery to respond to customer needs in propane and/or water.
• Be flexible to work up to 60% in delivery or service roles.
