Job summary

DCC Propane seeks an Operations Manager to lead daily operations at our propane distribution facility. You will work with the Dispatcher to ensure timely deliveries, monitor inventory, and maintain equipment while enforcing safety protocols.

You will supervise drivers, technicians, and administrative staff, promote a positive work environment, and handle customer service issues to ensure top-tier service and efficiency. Local travel and CDL Class B are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's in business management preferred.
• 3+ years in propane distribution or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the propane distribution facility.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher to manage delivery schedules and routing.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Maintain equipment and vehicles; ensure safety compliance.
• Train and supervise drivers, technicians and admin staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure high service levels.
