Job summary

Pinnacle Propane, LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to plan, direct, and optimize propane distribution within a defined territory. You will lead drivers, service technicians, and yard staff while ensuring DOT compliance and a focus on safety.

This role requires strong supervision, training, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include route planning, inventory oversight, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess or obtain within 90 days a Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement.
• 2+ years of management experience in distribution/transportation is a plus.
• Strong time management and attention to detail with ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, assign, and direct daily operations for drivers, service technicians, and yard hands.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety policies across the territory.
• Coordinate product flow from storage facilities to customers; monitor route changes and schedules.
• Recruit, train, and motivate direct reports; manage payroll and budgets.
• Collaborate with Safety and Customer Service to deliver reliable customer experiences.
