Job summary

DCC Propane, LLC is seeking an Operations Manager to support location staff and oversee daily propane distribution operations, safety compliance, logistics, inventory, and scheduling.

You will supervise drivers and technicians, coordinate delivery routes with the Dispatcher, manage budgets, and uphold customer service standards. This role requires leadership, strong organizational skills, CDL Class B travel locally, and commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's in business management preferred.
• 3+ years in propane distribution or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the propane distribution facility.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routing with Dispatcher.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; place orders as needed.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and vehicles; use Fleetio.
• Develop and manage staff schedules; supervise drivers and technicians.
• Maintain safety protocols; lead safety meetings and training.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
