Job summary

Sullivan Heating & Cooling is seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage the service center’s yard, fleet, and field activities in a fast-paced propane and energy environment. You’ll partner with the General Manager to boost safety, efficiency, and customer experience, while guiding a team through coaching, hiring, and development.

Responsibilities include routing optimization, dispatch oversight, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing operations in propane, energy, logistics, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards, ideally involving hazardous materials.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team and improving operational performance.
• Ability to manage routing, dispatch, or fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the service center, including yard, fleet, and field activity.
• Coordinate routing and dispatch, maintain equipment and facilities, and support hiring and development of team members.
• Lead safety compliance efforts and collaborate with leadership to improve safety and performance.
• Ensure timely, compliant delivery operations and continuous improvement in customer experience.
