Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking a Project Support Analyst to assist a Midwest project team with contract compliance, cost tracking, invoicing, and project documentation.

The role partners with Project Managers to monitor progress, ensure adherence to client obligations, and support subcontract and PO processing. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of project support experience, strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills, and familiarity with PMIS tools (BST) and MS Project.

Formación

• 2+ years of Project Support or related experience.
• Degree in Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with MS Project and PMIS tools (BST).

Responsabilidades

• Provide contract support including monitoring, compliance, and documentation.
• Assist in cost and rate development and maintain project records.
• Provide invoicing and progress reporting support to the project team.
• Support subcontract and purchase order processing and billing activities.
• Maintain contractual and financial project documentation and report project progress to stakeholders.
• Assist with project closeout and adapt to additional assignments as needed.
