The candidate should bring a four-year degree in construction-related fields or equivalent, 8+ years of field experience, and strong skills in scheduling, safety compliance, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• 8+ years of relevant field experience, including K-12 projects.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project field activities, on-site supervision and technical management.
• Mentor Assistant Project Superintendent(s) and Field Engineers.
• Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractors to meet schedule.
• Ensure site safety programs and SWPPP measures are followed.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics.
