Job summary

W.E. O’Neil is seeking a Traveling Assistant Superintendent to support the Senior Project Superintendent on multiple construction projects in Denver, CO.

This role involves hands-on field leadership, coordinating subcontractors, safety programs and schedule management on projects ranging up to $1M–$10M. The Traveling Assistant Project Superintendent will assist in preparing and maintaining schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining project documents while mentoring on-site teams

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years minimum of relevant field experience on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior/Project Superintendent on field activities for specific projects.
• May be responsible for smaller project segments where appropriate.
• Attend and document weekly Foreman meetings and participate in related work.
• Lead on-site safety meetings and site safety surveys.
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries and daily subcontractor activities.
