Job summary

W.E. O’Neil Construction is seeking a Project Manager to lead a major Denver project from inception to completion. You will drive leadership, cost control, schedule integrity, and team coordination across Estimating, Superintendents, and design professionals.

The role requires a four-year degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent, 8+ years PM experience, and proficiency with CMiC and P6. Local candidates in Denver, CO preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience with 8+ years of project management experience.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course completed.
• First Aid and CPR certified.
• Proficiency in scheduling and project-management tools CMiC, P6 and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Capable of supervising projects ranging from $50 million plus across multiple delivery methods and markets.
• Collaborate with Estimator during preconstruction to set GMP and General Conditions.
• Work with Superintendents to maintain site safety programs and cost controls.
• Prepare Monthly Reconciliation Reports and Cash Flow forecasts.
• Manage pay applications and subcontractor invoicing to maintain profitability.
• Lead weekly owner and coordination meetings with project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Estimating to develop bid strategy and scope documents.
• Oversee submittal process, RFI logs, and contract administration.
