W.E. O’Neil Construction in Denver, CO is seeking a Traveling Assistant Project Superintendent to support the Senior Project Superintendent and project team on field activities for a specific project. The role may assume responsibility for a smaller project as needed.

You will assist with schedules, safety programs, material procurement, daily reporting, and coordination of subcontractors, striving to keep projects on track and compliant with WEO standards.

Qualificações

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• 3-5 years minimum of relevant project field experience as a Field Engineer or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with scheduling tools (MS Project or Primavera P6) and project management software.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification; First Aid and CPR.

Responsabilidades

• Support Senior Project Superintendent and project team on field activities.
• Assist with development, maintenance and enforcement of schedules.
• Coordinate daily subcontractor activities and procurement.
• Contribute to site safety program development and enforcement.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and field documentation.
• Assist in managing change orders, RFIs, submittals and related paperwork.
• Attend and document weekly Foreman meetings; lead weekly On-Site Safety Meeting.
• Assist in punch list creation and timely completion of items.
