Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project / P6) and project management tools.
• OSHA 30-Hour Safety trained; First Aid/CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site field activities and supervise construction operations.
• Mentor Assistant Project Superintendents and field staff.
• Manage subcontractors, owners vendors and daily field coordination.
• Develop and enforce site logistics, safety programs and schedules.
• Coordinate all material deliveries and subcontracts; document change orders.
