W.E. O’Neil Construction seeks a Traveling Assistant Project Superintendent to assist现场 the Senior Project Superintendent on Denver-area projects.

This full-time position supports field operations, safety programs, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination on multi-million dollar sites, with travel between locations as needed. The role emphasizes look-ahead scheduling, quality control, and thorough documentation, offering growth toward the Project Superintendent position and a robust benefits

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field, or 3–5 years field experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Familiar with MS Project or P6 and CM software such as Prolog, Viewpoint, CMiC; daily tools like Bluebeam, Plan Grid, Safety Mojo, BIM 360 Glue.
• Completion of OSHA 30-Hour Safety Course, First Aid and CPR certification.
• Understanding of construction administration processes: docs, schedules, RFIs, submittals and procurement.

Responsabilités

• Assist in field activities for projects and support supervision.
• Help prepare and maintain project schedules and eight-week look aheads.
• Support safety programs and document site safety requirements.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Assist with change orders, back charges, and related documentation.
• Attend weekly foreman meetings and document outcomes.
• Lead on-site safety meetings and safety surveys.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to align daily activities and quality controls.
