Job summary

W.E. O’Neil Construction in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field operations on a $5M+ project. You will supervise on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors, manage safety programs, and maintain schedules with the project manager.

Strong leadership and communication are essential for timely delivery and quality construction. Ideal candidates bring a four-year degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture or equivalent experience, OSHA 30, and hands-on scheduling proficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in CM/engineering/architecture or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant project field experience, including coordination with subcontractors.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Scheduling proficiency with MS Project or P6 and related PM software.
• OSHA 30-hour safety training and First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience managing budgets and field change orders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all field activities and on-site administration for construction operations.
• Supervise and mentor Assistant Project Superintendent(s) and Field Engineers.
• Coordinate subcontractors, owner vendors, and field staff to meet schedules.
• Develop and enforce site logistics, safety programs, and QA/QC procedures.
• Prepare weekly schedules, progress reports, and daily field communications.
