LHH is seeking a highly organized and detail‑driven Project Coordinator to support a leading supply chain solutions organization in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will work closely with Executive Communications to coordinate project workflows, manage request intake, organize documentation, and support the development of standardized presentation materials. Your efforts will ensure Sales teams receive accurate, ready‑to‑use resources while enabling Executive Communications to focus on strategic storytelling for Tier 1 QBRs and Board/ELT initiatives.
This position is well‑suited for candidates with experience in project coordination, presentation development, operations, or documentation management.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Workflow Management
- Manage project intake by logging incoming requests, applying tiering criteria, prioritizing needs, and tracking deadlines.
- Monitor scheduling and capacity constraints, communicate risks, and coordinate timing with Executive Communications.
- Track progress across multiple workstreams and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
QBR System Support
- Support the rollout of the updated QBR system by reviewing materials, organizing customer groups, documenting KPIs, and aligning with data and analytics teams.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the QBR SharePoint Hub and related project documentation.
- Provide clear guidance materials and track early adoption requests to ensure consistency.
Presentation & Documentation Support
- Prepare presentation decks by pulling templates, inserting baseline data, and organizing standardized slides.
- Gather insights from cross‑functional teams and incorporate updates into project materials.
- Maintain templates, customer libraries, SharePoint folders, and document links to ensure accuracy and version control.
- Deliver completed draft decks to Sales and Customer Success Managers (CSMs).
Program Success & Continuous Improvement
- Support the ongoing improvement of project workflows and documentation processes.
- Contribute to the successful adoption of new layouts, templates, and Hub usage by mid‑2026.
- Help ensure the program runs efficiently by year‑end so Executive Communications can focus primarily on Tier 1 reviews.
Experience Requirements
- 3–5+ years in project coordination, program management, CX operations, sales operations, document production, or customer success.
- 2–5 years of experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and SharePoint.
- Experience in B2B, supply chain, logistics, retail, or marketing preferred.
- Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams including Sales, CX, Operations, Finance, and Analytics.
Skills & Strengths

- Comfortable working with dashboards (Power BI, Salesforce) to pull or verify data.
- Proficient in maintaining SharePoint sites and document libraries.

Job Type:
- Part-time (20–30 hours per week to start)
- Potential to transition to a permanent role after Q1
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid during Q1; Fully remote thereafter (EST business hours)
- Contract Duration: 12–18 months
