Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC seeks a Project Scheduler in the New Castle/Pittsburgh area. You will develop, update, and optimize CPM schedules for construction and service projects, collaborating with project teams and clients to ensure timely delivery.

You will monitor progress, perform critical path analyses, and prepare schedule narratives, while guiding field labor staffing and coordinating with account and field operations teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in scheduling, project management, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of electrical or low voltage field operations experience, preferably with construction/service projects.
• Experience scheduling large, complex projects with multiple trades and coordination.
• Strong understanding of critical path methodology and schedule delivery.
• Knowledge of MS Project and Primavera P6; ability to deliver project status reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CPM schedules for construction projects from proposal through construction.
• Collaborate with project teams, trade partners, and clients to optimize schedules.
• Update schedules, perform baselines, and generate progress reports.
• Conduct critical path analysis and narrative schedule reports for stakeholders.
• Monitor risks, milestones and time/impact analyses; communicate with teams.
